By accepting an invitation and creating an account on Nodify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

Nodify provides read-only access to sensor data and device information for assigned customers. You can view, analyze, and export sensor data but cannot modify any data or system settings.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized access
  • Using the service only for its intended purpose

4. Permitted Use

You may:

  • View sensor data for your assigned customers
  • Generate reports and visualizations
  • Export data for legitimate business purposes
  • Access the platform during normal business hours

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Attempt to modify, delete, or corrupt any data
  • Try to access data from customers not assigned to you
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access the underlying system

6. Data Access and Restrictions

Your access is limited to the specific customers assigned by the system administrator. All data access is logged for security and compliance purposes. You agree that the data you access is confidential and should not be shared with unauthorized parties.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with Swedish data protection laws and GDPR.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, all your personal data will be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, except as required by Swedish law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Swedish jurisdiction.
